Warranty Claim

All Tradie Notes products come with a 12-month warranty.

If you’re experiencing issues with your Tradie Notes product, please try the following first:
• Remove and reinsert the batteries.
• If the product is over 6 months old, replace the batteries.
• Ensure the lock switch on the e-pad is in the correct position.

Damage caused by leaving the product in the sun, water exposure, or accidental damage is not covered under warranty. However, we’re happy to offer a discounted replacement in these cases.
